Returns and Exchange Within 24 Hours:

  4. Inspection and Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If the return is approved, we will initiate the exchange process.

Exchange Only After 24 Hours:

Returns or refund requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery will only be considered for exchange under specific circumstances, such as damage caused during transit.
